Cancellation and Refund Policy for Tiny Blush:

Cancellation Policy: Tiny Blush believes in providing flexibility to its customers and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy. If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 2 hours of placing the order as we aim to expedite product delivery to you.

Replacement Policy: In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective product, it will be eligible for replacement if reported within 6 hours of product delivery. However, replacements will only be facilitated in cases where defects are clearly demonstrated through a 360-degree unboxing video, showing the defect prominently.

Refund Policy: Refunds for canceled orders will be processed in the same form as the payment received, within 10 working days from the date of order cancellation.

Return Policy: If you receive a product in poor condition or notice tampered or damaged packaging before delivery, kindly refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Additionally, please contact us via Instagram, Facebook Messenger, or email us at info@tinyblush.com, mentioning your Order ID.

Tiny Blush operates with a fair return policy, accepting return requests within 1 day after the product is delivered. However, returns are only accepted under specific circumstances, as outlined below. We guarantee a brand-new replacement at no extra cost for eligible return requests. Ensure that the original product tag and packaging remain intact when sending the product back.

Return Accepted Under the Following Cases:

  1. Damaged (Unboxing video required)

  2. Defective (Unboxing Video required)

  3. Missing product (Unboxing Video required)

  4. Wrong product received (Unboxing Video & Pictures required)

Requirements for Unboxing Video:

​

a) Do not accept if the package is tampered or damaged.

b) Unboxing video is mandatory for any claims against the order.

c) The video must cover all sides of the package in a single, continuous shot.

d) Capture the unboxing process from a distance to fully display the package opening.

e) After unboxing, clearly demonstrate any damage or missing items in the video.

f) Submit the video within 6 hours of delivery.

g) Minor marks and scratches are not considered damage.

h) Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after reviewing the 360-degree opening video for breakage or missing items.
